Each week exists to breathe life, little by little, into your journey.
Each week is a challenge to become who you truly are, not who the surrounding world decides or wishes you to be. The environment around you exists and plays its part — but its part often tries to lead you toward things that are neither necessary nor useful for you or for your growth.
But should you let the surrounding world dictate your behavior? Or should you act according to who you truly are?
Every week is a time when opposition shows up. Opposition doesn’t wait for months or years; it’s not year after year that it strikes your intentions — it is day after day. So each week, when you build (as is normal in life), opposition will come to tear down or stand against you.
Therefore, you must remain steadfast. Even if you can’t withstand every attack, don’t stay seated — get up, move forward, and press on. Don’t complain about what is being done against you; advance instead.
The more you move forward, the more your days will become weeks of real living. And from those weeks of life will be born years that cannot be stolen from you.
